Things were awfully quiet this afternoon so I figured I'd better check on Kaeleb. What did I find? He and Falkor were watching the rain falling outside. It was sooo cute I couldn't pass up the chance of getting a picture.

Again, here are "the boys!"
(this is taken in the hallway on our new hardwood floors!)

Daelin as Harry Potter! (with his prized Lego collection!)

Since we ended up leaving Wasaga so early we decided to visit Springwater Park and see Furley the bear. Daelin finally made a trip down the big slide. First he was too nervous when he made it to the top. Then the next time he tried the slide was too hot but this time it was just right so he gave it a whirl!
Next pic is Furley the bear pulling a Falkor. I just had to laugh, this huge bear laying on her back with all four paws in the air. She was just soooo relaxed!
This last picture is of a huge oak tree. It is one of many beautiful and HUGE trees in this park. The trees are one of the reasons I love this park so much. To see them in full colour in the fall is a sight let me tell you! This one is one of my favourites. If you look really close you can see my mom and the two kids under the tree, just to give you an idea of its size!

We had an interesting day at Wasaga this past Wednesday. It was very windy and a little cool so we only stayed for 2 hours. The boys still had lot's of fun although we were a little cold.
Daelin is learning his letters so he was having fun writing in the sand...

Here are some pics of the boys. Kaeleb is enjoying some yummy corn on the cob (both of them just love it!)
Also, a pic of the boys together, it was a bit of a challenge getting Kaeleb to sit still long enough for a good one. Our next session at Zhers will be interesting!

What a difference 4.5 years makes! Above are two pictures of Daelin & Daelan (now named Dmitri). In the top picture our Daelin is 8weeks and Dmitri is about 5 months. The bottom picture was taken this past Sunday. Two very handsome boys if I do say so myself!

Here we are on our way home from the Lepus BBQ. Everyone in the backseat ended up sleeping. Even Clio who ended up with most of Kaeleb's stuff on top of her! Too funny. We all had a great time!

This is one of Daelin's favourite dogs named Jewel. She is a Saluki and I must admit one of the prettiest ones I've ever seen!

These two Borzoi are puppies from our Oreo! The top is a female named Dulcinea and the Silver/White is a male named Dmitri.

Daelin and Kaeleb both made some friends at the picnic. Kaeleb was quite taken with the Italian Greyhounds that were there. Above is a picture of him getting a kiss from Diva. He still can't believe that there ARE dogs out there smaller than him!

Daelin fell in love with Kim's latest addition Cedric a little Toy Poodle. He was very happy when I told him that Ceddie would be coming camping with us!

Kaeleb enjoyed his first ever ice cream cone at mormor & buddies when we were staying there this past long weekend. He really loved it but ended up wearing more than he ate. He got washed down in mormor's kitchen sink when he was done!

When Daelin & Kaeleb pay at Mormor & Buddy's they don't fool around. They also crash when they have had enough. These pictures are proof enough. We stayed at Mormor & Buddies for 5 days over the August long weekend while Richard installed hardwood floors in the front hall and studio.

Here are the boys having some fun at home. Daelin made friends with one of the biggest caterpillars I have ever seen! We released him into our garden after we took these pics.

What started out as a trip to Wasaga ended up as a trip to Springwater Park.
The water at Wasaga was dangerously rough, we didn't even go near the water. We played at a playground for a bit and then drove to Springwater Park where we had a great time.
